If you are considering
ordering and would like to have a physical sample of a product shipped to you, all you need to do is fill out our
Sample Request Form. Due to the large volume of requests we
receive, we need your
Federal Express or
UPS account # OR a credit card number to cover the cost of shipping the samples to you.
